  • How long does shipping take?
    All orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days, it usually takes less time, but remember our products are natural and made in small batches. Please allow 5-7 days before reaching out about the status of an order. *Due to COVID-19 shipping may take longer*
  • What are the payment options?
    Customers can pay via PayPal (credit card), Cashapp. All options will be listed upon checkout along with detailed instructions.
  • What is your return policy?
    Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene laws and the nature of our products. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. If you are dissatisified with your purchase please contact us at c.million.artskincare@gmail.com snd we will review each case and provide a solution (please allow 1-2 business days for a response)
  • My product melted or froze during shipping to hot or cold climate areas, What should I do?"
    Do to the natural and volatile nature of our products, there may be instances where the product melts when shipping to hot climate areas. If this happens, please refrigerate for 3-4 hours and the product will solidify. The product will not look full due to the air being out of the jar which occurs during our whipping process. If your product arrives frozen let it sit out at room temperature for 24 hours and the product will soften. The quality and benefits that our product offers to your skin aren't affected by melting or freezing.
  • My order status reads delivered, but there is no package in my mailbox"
    Keep calm! When shipping orders, we have discovered that occasionally the post office will mark an order as delivered prematurely. Please allow 1 business day for USPS to actually deliver your item(s).
  • How do I track my order ?
    After placing an order you will recieve a confirmation number. Once the order is process and fulfilled you will recieve an email notification (please use a valid email) with tracking information.
